Providing Customized Learning and Development for Organizations and Individuals
Organization Development Consulting & Leadership Coaching
As a professor and leadership scholar, my research has focused on aspects of self-actualization related to leadership development and organizational change. I am most concerned with the connection between individual learning and development with broader organizational and community-level change through coaching.
In my coaching practice, I facilitate a process of inquiry-based dialogue that helps to align my clients values, core commitments, and strategies for daily actions that comprise their everyday leadership practice. Executive coaching provides an advanced framework for individuals and teams to leverage their unique talents and expertise within organizational and community contexts.
Progress in organization and communities does not require everyone’s buy-in and active participation. In fact, most change initiatives gain momentum with a modest sized group of early adopters who are committed to or at least willing to consider the value of change. What we need is a critical mass. Hiring a consultant or trained facilitator will aid in your process.
